CHERYL COLE has retained her crown as the world’s best-dressed celebrity – while Victoria Beckham has plummeted down the top 10.

Lady Gaga, Florence Welch and Anna Friel are new faces in Glamour magazine’s Best-Dressed Women List 2010.

“Fearless dresser” Rihanna makes second place, followed by Gossip Girls Blake Lively “on the right side of the classy/trashy divide” and Leighton Meester, and TV presenter Alexa Chung.
