Ex-pats spot suspect in bar

A SUSPECTED paedophile on the run from police was arrested in a bar in Spain after British people recognised him from a TV appeal.

Glen Tranter, 40, featured on the BBC Crimewatch show on Monday night.

He had fled Britain and was on the run in Spain, but was spotted in a bar in Benalmadena by ex-pats who recognised his face from the TV. Police were called and he was arrested.
