THE gunman who killed three people at a US factory then shot himself dead afterwards was unhappy about his pension deal, police said yesterday.

Timothy Hendron, 51, was armed with an assault rifle, shotgun and handgun when he entered the building in St Louis.

Hendron and staff sued the firm over retirement losses. The lawsuit accused the firm and its pension-review committee of including investment options with “excessive” fees and expenses.
