Encouraging people to pay

STARS from film and TV have backed a campaign launched in Britain encouraging young people to pay for web downloads.

Encouraging people to pay

The aim of the Connected to British Film and TV campaign is to show people how the money they spend on cinema tickets, downloads and DVDs helps pay for new shows and films to be made.

New research shows 39% of 18-to-30-year olds do not think they should pay for films and television programmes downloaded from the internet, even though 74% happily pay for cinema tickets and DVDs.
