Rolling Stones death review

A POLICE force is to review the death of Rolling Stones guitarist Brian Jones, 40 years since he was found lifeless in a swimming pool, it emerged.

Sussex Police said the force had been handed documents connected with Jones’s death which would be examined, but added it was too early to say if a fresh investigation would be launched.

Jones was found dead aged 27 in his swimming pool at Cotchford Farm, Hartfield, East Sussex, in July 1969.
