Jacko’s mother in court over custody rights of children

MICHAEL JACKSON’S mother Katherine is taking care of the singer’s three children and the family went to court yesterday to protect her rights to custody, the family’s spokesman said.

Katherine Jackson applied to court for guardianship of her grandchildren.

The papers were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of Katherine Jackson. A hearing has been set for August 3.
