40-stone US teen found

A 40-STONE US teenager who disappeared with his mother after she was accused of neglecting his health has been found with her in Maryland.

Paramedics checked 14-year-old Alexander Draper before turning him over to the Maryland Department of Human Resources.

Police said his mother, Jerri Gray, was arrested on a charge of violating a custody order. South Carolina officials plan to pursue her extradition back to the state.
