Barman cooks pub takings

A BARMAN found himself in hot water with his boss after cooking £1,000 (€1,143) of pub takings.

Luke Woolston, 19, who works at the Jolly Farmers, in Ormesby, Norfolk, put the money inside an oven for safe-keeping after cashing up.

Shortly afterwards he realised the cooker was switched on and smelled burning.
