Man, 25, helped kill his 12-year-old girlfriend’s family

A CANADIAN man helped kill his 12-year-old girlfriend’s parents and brother because she told him it was the only way they could be together.

Prosecutor Ramona Robins told a court in Calgary that 25-year-old Jeremy Steinke “would do anything for [the girl], and that included participating in the planned and deliberate murders of her parents and little brother”.

The bodies of the girl’s parents and eight-year-old brother were found by a friend of the boy in their home in Medicine Hat, Alberta.
