The November 5 edition of the New York Times, which sold out with the headline: “Obama: Racial Barrier Falls in Decisive Victory” is attracting bids of up to $100 on EBay. Copies, which cost $1.50 at the newsstand , are billed by sellers as a “serious collectible score”.

The New York Times is printing an additional 150,000 copies to meet demand pouring in from around the world, it said.
