Victoria launches the Beckhams’ Signature scent

VICTORIA Beckham is spicing up her life with musk rather than music these days.

Ever since the slim songstress moved to LA with the Beckham brood, she’s been trying to find a niche for herself.

Victoria left David at home as she returned to British soil to launch the duo’s latest fragrances, Beckham Signature for Him and Her at Harvey Nichols in Manchester.

Looking angelic in a figure-hugging white sleeveless dress — with fake fur on the back, that gave the impression of wings — the 34-year-old mother of three said she was ecstatic to swap LA for Manchester.

She said: “It was meant to be in London but I said no, I said please can I go to Manchester instead? I love Manchester, it’s got a really good feel to it. I’m really excited about coming back because, of course, it’s where I met David.”

The night before, Posh treated herself to a gourmet dinner at trendy Ithaca restaurant, where she wore a sexy black catsuit.

Beckham Signature for Her is a fruity floriental developed by perfumer Sylvie Fischer (who also created Intimately Beckham Night for Men), and includes notes of anise flower, candy apple, orchid, heliotrope, vanilla, patchouli, amber and musk.

Posh has already dabbled in designing jeans and eyewear and other perfume projects include the couple’s Intimately Beckham range.

Earlier this month the ex-Spice Girl was asked to launch a restaurant in Las Vegas with her new best friend, Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria Parker.

Victoria did get involved — but only to oversee the guest list for the launch night.

It seems she decided to splash out on her perfume instead of the eaterie.
