Nicole has baby Sunday Rose

NICOLE KIDMAN gave birth to a baby girl yesterday, her spokesman said.

A statement released on behalf of Kidman and her husband Keith Urban said the child has been named Sunday Rose Kidman Urban.

Her spokesman said that both mother and daughter were doing well.

The statement said: “Sunday Rose Kidman Urban weighed 6lb, 7.5oz.

“Husband Keith was by Nicole’s side and mother and baby are very well.”

The child was born in Nashville, Tennessee.

The 41-year-old actress has two adopted children with her former husband Tom Cruise.

Kidman previously revealed how she lost a baby in the early years of her marriage to Cruise.

They decided to adopt after the “traumatic” miscarriage.

Kidman won an Oscar for her role in the 2002 film The Hours.
