Two arrested over severed head-on-beach case

TWO Lithuanian men were arrested yesterday over the murder of a woman whose severed head was found in a plastic bag on a Scottish beach.

The flat where the woman lived is in Earlston House, a block adjacent to the Brechin Business Centre.

It is understood when police entered the flat they discovered a bloodbath.
