TWO Lithuanian men were arrested yesterday over the murder of a woman whose severed head was found in a plastic bag on a Scottish beach.

Two Lithuanian men were arrested in the UK today over the discovery of a woman's severed head and hands in Arbroath, Tayside Police said. The victim has been identified as Jolanta Bledaite, 35, from Lithuania.
