Winehouse says yes to rehab in wake of video

SINGER Amy Winehouse has entered a rehab clinic, her record company has said.

The singer, best known for the hit Rehab — containing the lyrics: They tried to make me go to rehab, I said no, no, no — decided to enter the facility after talks with her record label, management, family and doctors.

A statement from the star’s record company Universal said: “She has come to understand that she requires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery from drug addiction and prepare for her planned appearance at the Grammy Awards.
