Spice Girls reunion gig sold out in 38 seconds
More than one million people in Britain registered for the December 15 show.
Those who successfully registered for the O2 Arena concert were sent an email or text message last night saying they could snap up their tickets this morning.
Three new London dates, on December 16 and 18 and January 2, have been added to the tour.
Tickets for the December 15 gig are already appearing on eBay, asking fans for as much as £750 (€1,077).
Scary, Sporty, Ginger, Posh, and Baby Spice launch their world tour in Vancouver, Canada, on December 2.
They will also perform in cities including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, San Jose, Shanghai, Madrid, Beijing and Cape Town.
Their concerts will be the first time the Spice Girls have been on stage together since Geri Halliwell quit in May 1998.
Bookmakers Ladbrokes are offering odds of 1-4 that the Spice Girls will have a number one single by the end of the year, and 3-1 that the group records this year’s Christmas number one.
Ladbrokes spokesman Nick Weinberg said: “The 38-second sell-out proves that the girls are still very much in demand.”
Geri Halliwell, Victoria Adams (now Beckham), Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown and Melanie Chisholm have sold more than 55 million records around the world.
