A BABY gorilla had to be given emergency treatment for severe dehydration and hypothermia — in a German hospital for humans, the director of Muenster Zoo said yesterday.

The six-week-old gorilla, named Mary Zwo (which translates as Mary Two), was taken to hospital in the western city after she was found semi-conscious in the arms of her mother on Saturday, Joerg Adler said.
