Madonna hit tops MTV ‘rule-breakers’

Madonna’s Like A Prayer video has been voted the most groundbreaking of all time.

The controversial 1989 promo featured the singer seducing a black Jesus to a backdrop of burning crosses.

It prompted a huge public outcry and was condemned as blasphemous by the Vatican.
