Kosovo gunmen kill swimming teens

GUNMEN sprayed bullets on teenagers swimming in a Kosovo river yesterday, killing two and injuring six others.

“The gunfire was directed against children swimming, and all those hit were youths,” said Derek Chappell, a UN police spokesman in Kosovo.

Two Serb teenagers died, and five Serb teenagers and one ethnic Albanian girl were injured, some of them seriously, he said.
