Hoon to report on prisoner abuse
Mr Hoon will address the House of Commons after demands that the Government sets out exactly what it knew about claims against British troops. However, it will not cede to demands to release a Red Cross report which detailed abuse of Iraqi prisoners.
The British Government has come under intense pressure over the weekend after it admitted last night it knew about alleged abuse by British troops in February.
