Sex and the City movie shelved

KIM CATTRALL said yesterday that pulling the plug on a Sex and the City movie was one of the “most difficult decisions” she had made.

Cattrall, who played sex-crazed PR guru Samantha, rejected the idea of bringing the hit series to the big screen.

A movie would be guaranteed to make fortunes for its stars, but Cattrall announced recently that she would not star in the movie, leading producers to shelve the project.
