Man commits suicide after shooting two dead

The vice president at health insurance giant Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield called two co-workers into the company’s office close to New York’s Times Square early this morning where he shot them. The gunman, a former agent at the FBI in New Jersey who was working in the company’s fraud unit, then killed himself.

A motive for the attack was not immediately clear. The victims were believed to be a man and a woman.
