Grand old mum gives birth - at 66

A 66-YEAR-OLD Romanian woman yesterday became the world’s oldest recorded mother after giving birth to a baby girl.

The child’s twin sister was stillborn.

Romanian doctors at the Giulesti Maternity Hospital in Bucharest said Adriana Iliescu, who was artificially inseminated, is the world’s oldest recorded mother.
