Kerry ‘has no plans to send more troops to Iraq’

DEMOCRATIC presidential nominee John Kerry yesterday said he does not envisage sending more American troops to Iraq.

Instead, he said he plans to use private negotiations to persuade other states to assist in reconstructing Iraq

Me Kerry said on CBS’s Face the Nation that a new President can make a “fresh start” with world leaders who opposed the war.
