Cambodian kids still being adopted

SOME western countries are continuing to allow Cambodian youngsters to be adopted despite complaints that babies were bought or stolen.

According to official data, at least 91 adoptions by British, Australian, Italian and German citizens have been approved by their governments since 2001, when the US became the first country to halt such adoptions.
