Snowboard resort deaths

TWO Czechs and a Hungarian died in separate accidents in the Slovakian Tatra mountains over the weekend.

One Czech snowboarder died in an avalanche on Saturday and another died yesterday when a group of four was hit off-piste in the Western Tatras.

A 69-year old Hungarian tourist died of a heart attack while skiing in the Stary Smokovec resort.
