Garfunkel found with joint

SINGER Art Garfunkel, who pleaded guilty last year to cannabis possession, has been charged again after a joint was found in his car’s ashtray.

Garfunkel, 63, who lives in New York, was charged after being pulled over for failing to pull up his vehicle at a stop sign.
