Internet arrest in Bahrain

BAHRAIN police have arrested a man for running an internet forum that allegedly carries views hostile to the royal family and government.

Ali Abdelimam Mirza, 28, is accused of criticising the Gulf state’s royal family, inciting hatred against the government, spreading false news and rumours that could destabilise the nation, and violating the press code.
