LAST week’s terror attacks in Kenya have highlighted another threat — surface-to-air missiles fired at commercial airplanes — and leaders of the US Senate Intelligence Committee say they anticipate more terrorist action ahead.

"You can buy them, and you can transport them. A lot of them are not as accurate as others. But eventually, that's going to be one of the methods for the

terrorists to hit." n Thursday's attacks in Mombasa, Kenya, attackers launched two shoulder-fired missiles at an Israeli Boeing 757 taking off for Israel with 261 passengers and 10 crew members. Both missed, narrowly.
