Arrest warrant issued for Berezovsky

RUSSIA has filed new charges of large-scale fraud and abuse of office against billionaire Boris Berezovsky, now living in self-imposed exile in London.

Moscow regional prosecutor Ivan Sydoruk said an international arrest warrant has been issued for Berezovsky, who has been living in Britain since 2000 and has been granted asylum.

Sydoruk said Berezovsky was wanted for fraudulently acquiring government land in Zhukovka, an elite suburb of Moscow.
