HOURS before a jury was selected to decide Michael Jackson’s child sex case, the pop star asked about buying some sketches of himself from a courtroom artist.

In an encounter on Wednesday morning with Bill Robles, a courtroom artist whose work appears in newspapers and on television, pop star Jackson, 46, asked for a business card.

Mr Robles, like many artists, features one of his illustrations on his card - and in this case it was a drawing of Jackson. The singer had a lawyer approach Mr Robles to negotiate for some of his artwork.
