Red Ken elected

THE election of Ken Livingstone, as mayor of London for a second term, having stood as a Labour candidate, is at least one bright spot for the party.

Already given Ken Livingstone’s return to the Labour party and the enthusiasm with which Tony Blair has welcomed his second mayoral success, it is obvious both will cement much closer relationships for a more vigorous challenge to the Conservatives in the London area.
