Five killed in second suicide attack

A CAR exploded in an apparent suicide attack at a special operations checkpoint in western Iraq killing three coalition soldiers, a pregnant woman and the car’s driver, the US Central Command said yesterday.

The explosion was a suicide attack carried out by two Iraqi women, Iraq’s official INA news agency said yesterday.

The news agency named the women as Nusha Mjalli al-Shammari and Widad Jamil al-Duleimi.
