Pitcairn sex crimes case continues

A TRACTOR driver pleaded guilty to sex crimes on Pitcairn Island but he pleaded innocent to a further 12 charges.

Dave Brown, 49, admitted three charges of indecent assault at his trial on the remote British territory in the Pacific.

But Brown said he was in love and in a consensual relationship with another girl he was accused of indecently assaulting.

He pleaded innocent to two charges of gross indecency and 10 remaining counts of indecent assault, alleged to have taken place about 20 years ago.
