Kerry FC picked up their second home draw in a week after Ryan Kelliher’s goal in the second half cancelled out an early penalty from Cian Curtis for Treaty United.
The result means that Colin Healy’s side remain second from bottom in the First Division, one point ahead of the visitors to Mounthawk Park on Friday evening.
Colin Healy’s side dominated the entire second half of the tie, but Jack Brady pulled off some heroic saves to ensure Kerry remain with just one win in their last 19 league outings.
Treaty United opened the scoring in the 13th minute from the penalty spot. Sam Aladesanusi, making his first start of the season, took down Ben Feeney in the area.

The Shannonsiders' number nine, Cian Curtis, stepped up and drove it to his left, and although Harvey Mangan guessed right, the spot-kick had enough venom to find the corner under the body of the Kerry keeper.
Healy made a change at half-time, bringing Sean McGrath on for Vince Borden, and that gave Kerry much more life in the second half.
The home side found the equaliser just 90 seconds in, when Sean O’Connell delivered an inswinging cross to the back post, which found the head of Ryan Kelliher, which the Kingdom’s top goalscorer buried into the top left corner.
Kerry were on top throughout the half, but despite Bargary having a couple of great one-on-one chances, they could not get the elusive winner thanks to some fantastic shot-stopping from Jack Brady in the Treaty net.
There were just two substitutions in the second half, with Treaty making none, which meant that there was no time for Kerry to push for the late winner with only one minute added on.
