Republic of Ireland midfielder Denise O'Sullivan has confirmed her departure from NWSL side North Carolina Courage after almost a decade of service - and completed a mooted move to WSL outfit Liverpool.

"It means a lot," the Holyhill native said of the Mrseyside move. "It's a very proud moment for myself and also for my family, who are now only a 40-minute flight away.
