Portugal name 25-man squad to face the Republic of Ireland and Hungary

Portugal manager Roberto Martinez has named his 25-man squad for their home double header against the Republic of Ireland and Hungary.
Portugal host Ireland on Saturday 11 October before they take on Hungary three days later with both matches being played at Sporting Lisbon's Estádio José Alvalade.
João Cancelo misses out through injury but Nélson Semedo, Matheus Nunes and Rafael Leão are back in the mix as Portugal aim to make it four wins out of four, to all but seal top spot in the group and with it automatic qualification for the 2026 World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
