'He embodies what we want to be': Josh Fitzpatrick pens new long-term deal with Cork City

Fitzpatrick scored a stunning winner for Cork City against Galway in early August, ending a long run without a victory.

Josh Fitzpatrick has signed a new long-term contract with Cork City. The 20-year-old, who came through club's academy, has made 23 appearances this season. 

“I’m absolutely delighted to have signed a new contract," said Fitzpatrick, who signed his first professional deal with the club ahead of the 2024 season.
