Galway United set to play games at Pearse Stadium in Summer 2026

A generation after their famous European exploits in An Cheathrú Rua and Ballinderreen, Galway United might be on course to line out in the home of Galway GAA, Pearse Stadium.

Galway United director Jonathan Corbett confirmed that talks were at an advanced stage for historic home fixtures in Summer 2026. He lauded the contribution of Galway GAA Chairperson Paul Bellew and Galway GAA itself.
