Cobh Ramblers is no longer owned by USA-based group FC32, the club has confirmed, saying it is in advanced talks to bring new investors on board.

Ramblers, chasing Dundalk at the top of the First Division, has for now reverted to a club, "solely operated by its elected committee and Directors".
