Stephen Bradley says he would have liked to see Corkman Josh Honohan make his Ireland debut over the past weeks but understands “decisions” are made regarding selection.

The defender was in line to become the first League of Ireland debutant since his Shamrock Rovers colleague Jack Byrne in 2019 but didn’t get on the pitch in either of the friendly matches against Senegal or Luxembourg.
