Jayson Molumby nets dramatic late winner for West Brom against Sheffield Wednesday 

Adam Armstrong gave West Brom a 74th minute lead. Wednesday got 93rd minute equaliser through Callum Patterson but then Molumby struck at the death.

Jayson Molumby's goal deep into injury time snatched West Brom a dramatic 2-1 win over play-off rivals Sheffield Wednesday.
