Ireland under-21 defender James Abankwah seals Watford loan switch

Watford have confirmed the loan signing of Republic of Ireland under-21 defender James Abankwah.

Former St Patrick's Athletic centre-back Abankwah arrives at Watford from Serie A outfit Udinese, and will spend the rest of the 2024/25 Championship campaign at Vicarage Road.
