Ruben Amorim may only have just arrived in the north-east of England, but the new Manchester United boss is not shirking the responsibility that comes with the job.
Manchester United is a club synonymous with the Premier League - and a domination of same under the tutelage of Alex Ferguson.
Incoming boss Amorim - who recently swapped the Sporting Lisbon job for Old Trafford, replacing Erik ten Hag - has said he believes, even if many don't, that he can deliver titles for the club.
"I am a little bit a dreamer and I believe in myself and I believe in the club, I think we have the same idea, the same mindset and that can help," Amorim said. "I truly believe in the players also.
"I think we have room to improve and I want to try new things. You guys think it is not possible, I think it is possible. We will see in the end."
As for the prospect of an implementation of a particular style of play, Amorim noted there would be some change, but warned there would be no 'evolution or revolution'.
"It is not revolution. Football is not so different with five players at the back, three players at the back or four players at the back.
"I cannot see (it will be) evolution, we have to wait and see. But we will play a different type of football. We have our ideas. I'm not saying they're the best ideas but it is our way of seeing football.
"It's not revolution or evolution, it's change."
The new United boss was asked how he can improve the team from the one that has struggled this season.
United's lowly form in recent years is a concern, one that 39-year-old Amorim has identified a number of fixes for, one of which is a need for greater desire when running back, an aspect they have been criticised widely for.
"In simple things, I think, if you want to speak about the team and the way we play, I think we lose the ball too often, we have to be better at running back, I think that is clear for everyone and I think we have to be very good on the details.
"Sometimes we are hoping to change big things, but I think it is the small things. We have to improve on the small things. In the small things, I think I can help these players a lot."
Expanding on the need for improvement, he added: "I don’t know about repair but we have space to grow as a team, I think we have to improve in a lot of areas, the understanding of the game, it is a different way of playing and we are changing in the middle of the season.
"I think we have to improve the physical aspect of the team. I don’t know how long it will take, I know when you are in Man United you have to win games, so I will not tell you I need a lot of time.
"It is a great league, the strongest in the world and we have to improve a lot. We have to win games and then to win titles."
