Ireland to host Belgium and Switzerland in March

THE REPUBLIC of Ireland’s new manager will commence his tenure with a home double-header when Belgium and Switzerland visit Lansdowne Road for a pair of friendlies on March 23 and 26.

Belgium last visited the Aviva Stadium in March 2022 for the FAI Centenary celebration match in an international friendly which saw four goals as Chiedozie Ogbene scored an overhead kick in an entertaining 2-2 draw.
