Bray Wanderers and Cabinteely announce merger to create 'dynamic new force in Irish football'

Pat Devlin is to become the new director of football at the amalgamated entity of Bray Wanderers and Cabinteely.

As revealed by the Irish Examiner on November 7, the two League of Ireland First Division clubs had reached a deal in principle to merge.
