Leeds name Elland Road East Stand after Jack Charlton

Leeds have named the East Stand at Elland Road the Jack Charlton Stand in honour of their former defender.

Charlton, a World Cup winner with England in 1966 and legendary Republic of Ireland manager, died in July aged 85, six days before Leeds secured promotion back to the Premier League.
