Chris Coleman expected to take over at Sunderland after leaving Wales job

Sunderland expect to appoint Chris Coleman as their new manager within the next 48 hours.

Chris Coleman has resigned as Wales manager.

The Football Association of Wales confirmed Coleman's departure tonight, with the 47-year-old expected to be appointed Sunderland manager in the next 48 hours.
