Jones and Shaw start for United, but no van Persie and di Maria

Manager Louis van Gaal brought in Phil Jones and Luke Shaw as Manchester United looked to halt their losing streak in the late Barclays Premier League kick-off at Crystal Palace.
Paddy McNair and Robin van Persie made way for the duo in south London, with the latter not even included on the bench. Record signing Angel di Maria was also absent from the squad.
Palace made three changes at Selhurst Park, where Pape Souare, captain Mile Jedinak and Glenn Murray were brought in.
