Diego Costa could return from his four-match absence with a hamstring injury when Chelsea play Leicester on Wednesday night.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho was planning to make a late decision on whether to gamble by playing the striker, whose season has been punctuated by hamstring problems.

Oscar could be missing after suffering a blow during Sunday’s goalless draw at Arsenal which leaves the Blues needing six points to win the title, while striker Loic Remy (calf) is definitely out.

Provisional squad: Courtois, Cech, Ivanovic, Luis, Fabregas, Zouma, Ramires, Oscar, Hazard, Drogba, Mikel, Costa, Matic, Willian, Cuadrado, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta, Blackman.
